RISING YOUTH VOICES

Youth want to help--right now--and programs around the country and the world are working to empower their voices and seek opportunities for youth to make big impact.

A GROWING INDUSTRY MOVEMENT

BUILDING BRIDGES FOR IMPACT

As seen by the rise in student-led climate advocacy, youth support immediate action to address climate change and seek solutions-oriented careers.

From materials to design, the built environment offers huge potential for large-scale carbon reductions and CO2 sequestration, and professionals and youth alike can play a role in supporting this exciting transition.

By collaborating with youth education and building industry partners, the Carbon Zero Youth Initiative develops resources and mentor networks to showcase carbon reduction opportunities, highlight related careers, and supports youth voices towards decarbonizing the built environment.
